| The Board of Directors (Board) of The Peoples Bank, Magnolia, Arkansas, desires to set forth in writing our commitment to maintain the privacy of all customers, and their accounts, in a secure and responsible manner. No action is required on your part; our commitment applies automatically to all customers. Further, the Board mandates that all customers shall receive our complete privacy policy statement, which is reviewed and approved annually, on or about July 1 of each year. Such disclosure has been our formal practice since 2001.
Because we value our customer relationship with you, it is the stated policy of the Board to never share any information about any customer, be it an individual, partnership, corporation, or non-profit relationship without the express written consent of the customer, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
The Board states that if, at some future date, we deem it desirable to share a customer’s personal, non-public information to non-affiliated third parties, that we provide customers a period where they can exercise an “opt out” provision. Therefore, the customer would retain the option as to whether or not their financial or other account information is shared with a third party before such sharing occurs.
